AC 20 watt large lamp: Hold 8 inches away to cover an 8-by-8-inch area.
USB 4 watt small lamp: Hold 4 inches away to cover a 4-by-4-inch area.
Shine the light on each area for 20 seconds.
You can treat only the affected area, and you can treat the entire body skin surface.
The treatment frequency should be once a week.
A full-body treatment takes 3 minutes with the large lamp and 15 minutes with the small lamp.

The light output is very low, and the eyes cannot see UVB light, making the glow almost invisible to the naked eye.
Warning: Do not look directly at the lamp without wearing the protective glasses provided. While these glasses are completely transparent to visible light, they block 100% of the lamp's UVB radiation.

Excellent service and a psoriasis treatment that works
