My name is Gil Teva.
I studied electronics engineering at Ort College in Jerusalem.
I invented medical lamps and got patents for them.
In 1959, I started making lamps and sold over 11,000 on eBay.

In 2000, I started a company called UVClinic Ltd and opened a clinic in Jerusalem at 3 Ben Sira Street using these lamps.
In 2005, I opened another clinic in the Malha shopping mall.
Over 20 years, the clinics gave 250,000 treatments to 4,000 people.
The Israeli health office covered the costs through health insurance companies Meuhedet, Leumit, and Maccabi.
